TERRIBLE weekend ... I was out of control. Back on track today. Started the day off by running 3 miles in preparation of a 5k I want to run in! I had a protein shake for bfast and a protein bar for lunch and then 2 corn dogs for dinner. Not the best dinner, but I'm on a budget and they are cheap! All I can say is that I have 22 days to lose like 8 lbs ... so I better stay on track!
