Vitamin D levels are now at 57.3 ng/mL

Awesome, but I still have a ways to go to get into the optimal 70-80 ng/mL range. So let's do some math

39.2 @ 2000 ui daily
57.3 @ 8000 ui daily

57.3 - 39.2 = 18.1 / 6 = 3 ng/mL increase for every 1000 ui taken daily.

75 - 57.3 = 17.7 / 3 = 5.9 = 6000 ui more daily to get to optimal.

So starting today I will be taking 8000 + 6000 = 14,000 ui daily of Vitamin D. I will test again in 2-3 months, rinse, and repeat! Actually, since my liquid vitamin D dropper only does 4000 ui doses, I will do 16000 daily. Or go buy some new vitamin D caps since they are dirt cheap. Will keep you posted.
