I am taking the weekends off-no dirt shake or barf brew for me! Started taking the cholesterol med again and feel sick anyway.

It has been so windy here since last night. Went out for a walk anyway and was sand blasted when we got down to the ocean-wonder if it's like getting a mircrodermabrasion? I have sand in my nose and throat still. It is beautiful though-the sea is wild and foamy and the waves are breaking over the top of the pier. Only the hardiest souls are out on a day like this. I am a hardy soul apparently!

Went under the limbo pole yesterday with room to spare-it won't be as easy every day. I work all day Saturday so no time to have breakfast or snack so I tend to keep my cals lower on Saturdays. I want soup for dinner tonight so will see if I can have a corn and crab chowder or maybe a shrimp bisque and still get under the limbo pole.
