Sooo, as of tomorrow, well later today now, I'm putting intermittent fasting into place, 8 hour window to eat, either noon till 8pm or 1pm to 9pm. Calories still on 1800 daily but could be less, I'll see how I go. Need to up my protein too, drop carbs, more water and anything else I can think of lol 🤔 xx
