I upped the weight to 15 per arm today, so I was pretty wiped out by the end. I couldn't do the last rep of side tri-rises. Not too worried, as I did 16 each side the first time. Missed one day of Ab Ripper last week and it showed today! It wasn't an official weigh in today, but I weighed myself and I gained 3 lbs. Whaaat? All I can think is it's water weight from eating up all that salty kettle corn on Sunday! It sure was good....
