Has this happened to anybody else? So I’ve been consistently eating in a calorie deficit, working out and I can see that my arms are less flabby and are getting toned! As well as my lower abdominal area is getting some muscle definition, and my measurements (thighs, arms and abdominal area) are getting smaller too, however I’m not losing any weight 😅 I don’t want to lose motivation though but I would ideally like to get to my goal weight as I still have some unwanted fat on my stomach area and thighs any tips??❤️

Maybe it’s because you’re gaining muscle I think 😊

That is brilliant that you are seeing definition. If you are calorie deficient you will be burning fat. And if you are training weights you will be building muscle. Muscle has less volume than fat hence you look and measure smaller. But you have replaced fat weight with muscle weight so you weigh the same if not more. Keep doing what you are doing.

As the others say If your body is changing that’s good and during a diet the weight sometimes seem to stick but persevere the scales will move but don’t get disheartened
