Right now I'm taking naproxen along with tramadol for pain. Talked with doctor yesterday and that was his advice and if not better by Monday come and see him. I was at the health food store yesterday. This is not a chain it is a store where you can get advice and she will mix what you need if she doesn't have it. She told me to in the mornings drink hot water with 2tbs of honey and 1 small tsp of cinnamon also said you could do this at night also but in one month it would relieve alot of my joint and muscle pain that I have from the auto-immune disease I have. She also told me it would help lower my blood sugar fight the bad cholesterol and aid in losing weight. So gonna give it a try. I started this morning and it was actually pretty good.

Forgot today everybody gets the house work but me. Espm y spoiled 9 year old grand daughter, I ask her last night to fix me something cold to drink and she whined and said " O, can you get it Memaw" I did but she is in a rude awakening for the next several weeks. She can't get mad and go home cause this is her home.

Sounds like the 9 year old does need a rude awakening. Does she not realize how much pain you are in? If not you have to talk to her father and have him explain that for a while grandma is going to need some help with things you would normally do for yourself. He should have already had this conversation with her on his own without your prompting.
