Primalkid's Logboek, 27 sep 13

My acne has been acting up this week more than usual, and the only noticeable change was that I had greek yogurt several times this week instead of the occasional. I will eliminate dairy except for my whey protein and see if that helps.

Greetings: I had a facial one time and the woman said sometimes too much dairy can cause acne. Perhaps you just need to cut back a bit - good luck.
