It depends on how you structure your eating routine. I only eat once a day because I follow an intermittent fasting plan... it works great for me, generally the benefits of intermittent fasting is fascinating (even beyond weight loss). But I am not a dietician, and would advise you to follow the guidelines that you have set for yourself! ♥️

Thank you, I'm also doing the intermittent fasting. Eating between 12:00
and 20:00. I think I'm going to make my eating period less. Stop at 18:00 for this week and see if it works for me.
