Week one has made me realized It’s harder to calorie count when you are used to maintenance calories. Seems I need to work out more to eat this much.
Past diets kept me at 1350-1450 calories since I was not exercising.
I’m an active person now so 1500 feels right but struggling to keep on plan.
Next week many more changes! More veggies less complex carbs.
