Hi Guys!
I have been doing low carb diet and intermittent fasting from February. Until June I have lost 22kg. From July I haven’t loose weight.
I have slightly changed my diet, increased water intake and exercise (high intensity from 2 weeks ago). The scale doesn’t move.
Anyone had/have the same challenge that want to share a diet plan/ideas?
