I feel much better today....was kind of sore this morning, but I'm good now...figured that I can bike for about 40 mins at a slow pace and be okay...still burns around 200-250 , but doesn't make me feel like crap when I am done. Also I at my lunch before I biked...made sure I had some energy :)
