I made a shake for dessert today...and it was soooo delicious. Kinda glad I didn't have cereal this morning so I had 2 dairy servings left after dinner. 1/2 cup skim milk 3/4 cup Breyers fat free vanilla ice cream 1/2 banana I know I shouldn't worship food but after watching my son and husband devour large cookie dough and peanut butter cup shakes from Baskin-Robbins I feel justified.
