wanderer's Logboek, 13 nov 10

UGH!!! I know I just ate, but I weighed in at 238!!!!!!!!!
I know its not my dry morning weight or anything, but I haven't seen that number in a while (I step on the scale many times a day to see my fluctuations), and lately they've been from 232-236.

How very discouraging :(

Good morning Wanda. Don't get discouraged, you are doing great just by sticking to it! You really should only weigh yourself once a day though or you will get discouraged. I know from experience that my own body flucuates around 5 lbs in any given day. I only weigh myself in the morning now before eating, and only record the losses, even if it takes a week between recording a weight. Sometimes I can record a weigh in in 3 days, other times a week, but I can record a loss that way. I makes me more motivated too, because I am seeing a steady decline. Don't forget too that it will be harder for you working nights because our bodies are not designed for that, so you are fighting evolution as well as your own body weight. That means that you are REALLY, REALLY strong to be continuing the fight and winning the way you are! Good for you!
