So I lost 8lbs total for the first week...I'm not impressed...I could've done that eating 1200 cals a day and working out. Too Easy...instead I've been miserable and sick for the last few day....only to lose just 8lbs...I was thinking I would lose 10 plus lbs the first week...NOPE. I also checked my inches...only lost 1.5 inches this week...I know that is something, but once again...I could've done that on a regular eat healthy, lower calories, and exercise diet...no prob. I would like to lose 20 more lbs in the next 3 weeks...not sure if that is going to happen though...I think I'm just wasting my time. Cause once I get off HCG...I have to wait almost a whole month before I can start losing again...what a waste of time. HCG SUCKS!! I hate the way I feel, I hate not being able to eat normal amounts. I know just week 1...give it more time...I heard there is a slow down on weight in week 2..maybe that won't be the case for me...if I keep losing 1 lb a day...I'll be okay , but if that stops there is no way I will make it to 218lbs (which is still a lot of weight to have). Plus I was also counting on the fat to go down...I was at 49.2%, this week I"m at 49.9%...I know my body is holding on to fat, but gee....giving it another week to decide if I"m cutting it off at 21 days or going to do the whole 30 I had planned.
