Today is my new start date....I really want to lose weight...just having a difficult time sticking to a plan. It is so convenient to just eat snacks and drink soda...I have got to find a way to break myself from this.

If you are ready to start, stock your kitchen with easy to prepare items such as ground turkey breast & a good quality wheat bread, I like sprouted wheat bread, tomaoes & lettuce, there is a healthy & tasty turkey burger in about 5 minutes tops! Lots of fresh fruit too! Then you have satisfied your hunger & stayed on your plan! It works, give it a try!!!
