I enjoyed it even though it will make it difficult to stay on Keto track today. I will not worry about it. If it becomes a cheat day, I'll just enjoy and get back on track tomorrow! Definitely a cheat day: Granddaughter gave us a couple of chocolate cupcakes she made for her dad's birthday! I decided to make it a total day off and ate supper as well as some snacks. Macros 23/65/14; 2150 calories; 110.61 net carbs; 15.5 fiber. We did walk a mile this evening. Also did 15 minutes of arm exercises with weights. Monday I will hit IF/Keto/exercise again.
