I have been trying to think of short-term goals to boost my attitude
regarding my progress. The easiest one is the 10% loss mark or
25 lbs lost. Which I have had in my head for sometime. I am hoping to reach it by Sunday's weigh in. I am even incorporating exercise to make sure I make it. As well as meet my mini-challenge goals. Writing them down will be helpful so my goal for today is to set goals.
