Cauliflower is my favorite, and then roasted okra is next. It is hidden underneath the chicken and cauliflower. It was amazing! I think it could use some red peppers in there also.

Tatauu, no it did not get slimy when it was roasted. You do need to stick with the smaller ones for roasting, because the big ones are tough. I'll save those for soup.

I love the baked apple combined with the grilled meat and veg. I love the mix of mild sweet and savory. Yummers.
