sorry to hear you’re feeling down, depression really is a horrible beast...I know the feeling when everything just feels urgh 😔 reading your story, you’ve done fantastically well, so try not to be hard on yourself (easier said than done!) having down days sucks but don’t let that take away all the positive steps you’ve already done....it’s ok to have had a few crappy days ( I always eat loads of rubbish food too when feels down) try to reset and restart, you can do it 👍🏼😊 sending hugs and hope you feel better soon x 

I have a certain empathy with you. It’s so easy to get pissed off, especially after everything that’s happening and still is. At least you’ve noticed 👍

hi DoncasterGal, you will come out of this. I think COVID Has not helped anyone. it as a lot of people suffering through it and sadly I will continue if people don't carry out the rules. there are a lot of rule breakers out there. Still stand firm. I was born in Stockton and lived in Inglesby Arncliffe when a baby. when older I lived in Hartlepool for a long time. I now live in Surrey. Take care. merrymel
