Plan for day: Keto/IF/exercise
I took the leftover cauliflower rice and cheese I didn't like and mixed it with seasonings, garlic powder and dried parsley, plus an egg and made cauliflower fritters which I ate with sour cream and salsa. It was a satisfactory meal and I didn't waste the cauliflower rice! And it was still low carb! No walk tonight but did exercise bike.
