Fasting blood sugar 141; weight 171.9 Plan for day: Keto; exercise My mini waffle pan came yesterday and I tried it out this morning with Keto waffles with blueberries. Nice! I cooked chicken thighs for lunch in my small crockpot while I was at church this morning, then made a veggie soup from the broth for supper, adding a can of white chili beans. Hubby loved it but the carbs were really high for me. Will get back to Intermittent fasting on Monday. Walked 1/2 mile this evening. Macros 14/72/14; 1850 calories; 46.96 net carbs; 17.5 fiber
