Weight 172.9 after working 1 1/2 hours weeding garden, before breakfast. Usually one of the first things I do in the morning is check my blood sugar. I was so eager to get at the weeding this morning while it was cool, that I forgot to take it and just now remembered it, after breakfast. So I will check it at bedtime. Exercise bike this afternoon 30 minutes. Arm exercises with weights while news is on.
Macros 11/60/29; calories 968; net carbs 20.15; Fiber 8.6 Blood sugar check at 8:00 pm = 126. 118 at 10:45 pm.
