I can't believe I'm doing this. I was 250 before, and everyday there's a new number on the scale. Today? 228.0!!! I worked my butt off yesterday, and usually when I work out I gain some temporary weight (I think I drink a lot of water and don't pee it very quickly), so I wasn't expecting OVER A POUND. I can't believe it.
Before I know it I'll be in one-derland. :D
