Last night instead of drinking coke, I switched to black tea. Ate my paleo steak, with salad and this morning I've had my turkey bacon, which scrambled eggs. My purpose of this journal entry is to remind myself that it's all about preparation and having groceries on hand.. I know this is a cheesy journal entry, but I'm working on just getting into routine and not lazying out because I don't have items on hand.
