loosinisfun's Logboek, 27 nov 10

gooooooood saturday mornin ....wakin up early again today..guess i got enough sleep last night and im ready to get up an get this day started once again...no nappys yesterday...did 2 x30 min stationary bike rides an a floor routine...plan is to do the same again today with hopefully one extra 30 min workout on bike...my pant size is down to a 42 and has been for a few months..i have this set of white 42 summer shorts i been tryin to work into for the past 6 months...didnt get to wear them this summer...but i tried em on again last night...and i think the floor routine is helpin as i can almost button them...the material they are made out of has no give...snug...lol...o well...i can see the improvements im making even though they are slow going...once i get into them...then i will kno that im getting closer to being into a 40...and thats what works for me...having smaller size clothes in the closet to try on from time to time...so i can how it pays to exercise even on them cold days when i just want to give in to staying in an stayin warm....the scales are still up...but i kno its not from a gain in weight...its me workin the flab off and turning into muscle...like ctiss says muscle an flab weigh the same, but muscle takes up less room...well...im happy about my accomplishments and now its time to get up and moving once again...time to eat breakfast and get layered up...thinking of doing a morning walk...then come home an do floor exercises...leg lifts and crunches...leg lifts i have just been raising my legs up and counting slowly like seconds are passing...tryin to build up how long i can hold them up off the floor...and thats improving already...well..i need to get up and moving an quit rambling...time is passing...lol..have a great one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF

back from a morning walk..only 2.45 miles...alittle over 50 min ..didnt get in a hurry cause of the muscle...didnt want to make it any worse...just got home and took off a layer...lol..or 2...with the wind chill 32 outside...but was a nice walk...i miss them so bad...no one but me and a few cars out...nice an peaceful this time of morning...now to get on the floor an get next workout over with...

Good Morning! Pretty cold here too. We had out first snow. Yuk I do hate the cold. Guess I better get used to it. Sounds like you are doing great with your exercise. Clothes are definitley a great indicator of how we are doing. I know you will fit into those shorts in no time. Just think summer is right around the corner. Have a good Saturday!!
