Okay, CarbLovers? A complete fail. How could I gain 5 lbs when I was supposed to lose 6? You know what, I'm making my own diet. I'll drink 3 cups of water before each meal, watch my portions carefully, and exercise 30 min. every day, and if I don't became 117 by Dec. 10? I'm going back to Atkins.
