Good morning JC 💜🌷I have missed you. I have really been struggling 🤸♀️to balance for the last month. If I stand up my husband has to 💔hold me, or I fall over. This is really strange. I hope you're doing well my friend. I have gained about 10 lb. I haven't even been on FS very much this whole month. We need to stay together so we can encourage each other.🎶👭 I hope your little baby is doing good.👩👦💆♂️He's a little cutie and I'm sure your kids love him like you do.💚🙋♀️🌷🏋️♂️ onward and downward.

Good morning my skinny ☀️ ☕️🥰 Thats terrible friend! New medications?? That’s scary 😟. The gains happen love. There is nothing linear about this. Things happen. We got this💪 I have been on muscle relaxers the last few days. My lumbar hates me right now 😒 so can’t really do to much but stretch, maybe I will get the 🧘♀️ mat out after the boys and I get our school work done. ❤️💜💚
