Unable to weigh in because of travel (I'll do it Tuesday night) I am surrounded by a sea of food. While I've remained true despite being offered a vast array of food, perhaps most peculiar to me is watching those who had gastric bypass consume anything they want.
I take this as a warning to me rather than a judgement on them: I could do the same, sans vigilance. 100 calories a day equals 10 pounds a year! We live and die by inches.
How does one keep your guard up all the time? I suspect by cultivating good discipline. It was a lack of discipline that got me here, and cultivated discipline that has brought me to the place of losing this weight.
God help me with being faithful and good to me.
