On October 21st was the beginning of the Waning Moon Cycle. I started the Master Cleanse. I wanted to commit the length of time of cleansing along with the Moon Phase. As the moon faded into the darkness the cleansing liquid removes all the negative toxins from my body. My starting weight was 202 pounds and on the 14th day, my weight is now 187 pounds. That is 15 pounds lost. I will continue to manage this weight loss by incorporating a cardio vascular exercise routine. I started a 30/30 routine which consist of riding a recumbent stationary bike and walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes each and then ending with a low impact stretching.
There is a process to coming out of the cleanse you need to slowly incorporate solid foods back into your digestive system. So for the first two days you drink fruit and vegetable juices. On the third and fourth day you continue with fruit and vegetable juices and you incorporate eating raw fruits and vegetables. On the fifth day you can continue with drinking fruit and vegetable juices and eating raw fruit and vegetables but you can now eat steam vegetables. On the sixth day you can continue with drinking fruit and vegetable juices and eating raw fruit and vegetables, steamed vegetables and you can now add a dairy product to the regimen. The seventh and last day continue the regimen and for dinner you can include a protein.
