suppliments taken yesterday morning include: liquid fishoil, Vemma shot, Vit D, and relaxamag.

when I got home from work yesterday morning I thru together some shrimp and mixed veggies from the freezer into to storage containers for breakfast and lunch at work. It was a little bland but filling. hopefully in the morning when I weigh in I will still be below 200#. It also made me thirsty so I have already drank 1 32 oz bottle of water, just one to go to reach my goal.

I will be doing Pilates today with Theresa and meeting with Kirsten so we will see how these sessions go. The things that did not go so well this week was my chocolate indulgence on Sunday-way too much candy left over from Halloween. However I have been fairly good the remainder of the week. Last night I had more carbs than I should have for the amount of protein I ate but I was not able to get food from Holiday station store and had nothing to eat but peanut butter & jelly toast at work. Poor planning on my part.
