I'm so proud of myself, it's a wonder I got my big head through the door-frame when I left the bedroom this morning... stuck to it 100% all week... until Saturday night, which was disastrous... lol... but I not only made up every single calorie yesterday, with much power-walking in an extremely bracing wind, I still managed to get a calorie-counted roast for dinner (abt 100 calories more than last week's, but it was pork shoulder), so I didn't feel deprived. About 4 a.m. yesterday, the scales read 14 stone and a ¼ lb. After my determined performance yesterday, I am very hopeful that will be the last time I ever see that number on my scales again. Have a fab slimming week, y'all! :) xx

Thank you!! Oh, I love sprouts too - first time I've had them fresh this season. New Farmers' Market opened up on Saturdays underneath the arches at Ravenscourt Park. I am so blessed to live in Shepherd's Bush, with such a gorgeous park to exercise in and the Thames path only a bit further. Ha ha... have my cake and eat it... too right, but tomorrow's journal entry is likely to be an almost exact copy of last Monday's... went over massively last night, by almost exactly the same amount of calories as last Saturday night... wine, not cake... lol... so I'm just off for another walk before Celtic kick-off at noon... no Sunday roast today... my incredibly generous boyfriend is treating me to a curry tonight, so I need to earn enough calories for chicken tikka, mint sauce, salad and the odd poppadom... lol... ttfn... xx
