Plan: Keto/IF/exercise. I'm back on track today. I printed a week's worth of menus from Diet doctor and plan to follow that this week. There is a new section for Keto Intermittent Fasting menus. Exercise today is 30 minutes on exercise bike and arm exercises with weights.
