suppliments taken yesterday morning include: liquid fishoil

Kirsten praised my efforts yesterday and then challenged me to increase the fat, wich I did even before reading her message. I find keeping my carbs at or below 100grams/day a challenge, but doable. I have a concrete number to shoot for. Same with the protien goal of 140grams/day. I will have to find a different MVI because every time I put the Vemma shot in my meal plan it bumps up the carbs above 100grams. Same with the milk in my shake. I wonder if that was in her plan all along, cutting down on my dairy consumption lol. I have a good feeling about my weigh in next week.
