gooooooooooood mornin...geeez...slept most of yesterday afternoon an then another 9 hours again last night...i dont feel bad anywhere...not sure whats going on there...but i have decided its just to cold to go out an ride that bike outside...so starting today i have a dvd that im gonna start tryin to get in the habit of using...jillian michaels dvd...so as long as i can stick with it..will be a different workout and a warmer one as well...im not much at stickin with a dvd workout...tried it last year...just couldnt stick with it...but with the wind chill down to 23 this morning...i have to do something...just finished eating an getting ready to make the bed and then start a workout...might not do it all today, but need to learn it....soooooooo....times wasting once again....time to get up an moving...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

I use dvd's all the time and I love them. I never thought I could do them or that I would like them so maybe it wil be the same for you. Is there anyway you could bring your bike inside for the winter? Hope you have a great Friday. I just finished my exercise for today and now have to start getting ready.

Just looking at your food intake. Are you eating enough? It looks like lower than what I eat.

Wind chill down to 23 [?], yikes! I like it cooler, but am NOT a fan of COLDER. I am another who can't seem to get into DVD's for a workout. I keep promising myself I will start my Wii, but.....haven't even done THAT yet. I can lose without exercising, just not as quickly. I'm getting off my Thanksgiving gain now. Hopefully on Saturday I will be where I was a week ago. Have a good day loosin and give that DVD a try. Who knows, you really may like it.

thanks cathy and tnn...limited room in house for stationary bike..last year i was still walking when it was cold like this...might start that back up again...muscle above knee hasnt been bothering me...mabye start out slow again and make sure its healed...do shorter walks to see how muscle acts...im not a dvd person either...would rather move around outside for my exercise...just gonna have to figure something out...i think winter is here...lol...

figured out why i been sleepin so much..sinuses are bothering me...eyes feel puffy, but just another day..started taking somethin for it all...good thing about feelin like crap..no appetite...lol...

thanks everyone...taking the echineach ? and the golden seal, nose spray seems to have helped alot..feeling like a new person once again...an ready to rock an roll again....lol
