Lost momentum this week with only losing 0.2ib! I'm about 3 months into my journey and this is the first time this has really happened.

I've been slowly reducing my RDI as the weeks have gone on, still eating a very similar diet.
87,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 18,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

This happened to me too around the same time. For a couple of weeks I lost little or nothing so I tried intermittent fasting for one week and things got going again!

yes the intermittent fasting works... I know I have to do another 72 hour one soon...but 16 hours works fine too
