goooooood morning everyone!!!!!...brrrr...here this morning...25 outside...16 wind chill...even the house seems colder this morning...but just had breakfast an goinna take today off, just dont feel 100 percent to get my gym time in...dont feel sick, just still tired...i did over 20,000 steps again yesterday and when i finally layed down last night, soon as i layed down i was outta of it..guess i was tired...didnt even get up to make any potty breaks last night...lol...got several errands to run again today..tryin to get ready for the next ice storm on monday/tuesday...looks like all we might get is rain/freezin rain...but you just never kno...so tryin to get prepared incase power lines go down...so need to get up an movin once again...not sure if im gonna go walkin again this morning or not...might do it every other day to start with, as my knee was kinda stiff yesterday after all the steps on it...but i was on it most of the day to...didnt get alot of down time....so catch you all later....have a great day....
