I worked out for an episode of Dexter. 54 minutes. It was a good little workout, but I think I am going to try manually adjusting the incline and resistance next time to get a higher sweat outta myself. I need to sweat off this crazy spike in weight. Boost the ol'metabolism :)
I also cleaned the bathroom inside out and the kitchen halfassidly - I'm going to go finish it up after my shower. I measured my inches, atleast those are down.
I'm working tonight. I need to make some little snacks for the night :) Okay, gonna get to it.
