Drove four hours round-trip and sat in a training program all day. I really wanted to take a nap when I got home, but I went for a walk/jog instead. Suddenly I felt energized and ended-up jogging more than walking. I feel much better now and will sleep soundly knowing that I managed to get some exercise today.
