I weighed in at 230, what the efffffffffffff. Frustrating that I'm going to have to lose the same 10 pounds I've already lost. GRUMBLE.

I'm doing that too! A few steps forward and a few back again, overall you are doing just awesome! I think I may actually be weighing in too often & seeing all the tiny fluctuations and it is s bit discouraging- as long as at the end of each week I'm a bit less I will be happy :)
