I am feeling prety good about keeping my carbs to less than 100 grams. I think this is going to be the ticket to weight loss for me. I went to the Thyroid seminar with Britni at LTF on Saturday. She had a lot of great info. My take away points include-stress management and getting enough sleep and taking my Armour Thyroid daily.
