Okay I've been astray for almost two months. Wow, where has time gone? I've been off program and have gained back 9 pounds in those two months. It's been a mental struggle to get remotivated but by mistake this morning I opened up my fat secret profile page. Thank you to my browser for remembering where I've visited :)
Anyway, I had two messages in my inbox (yes they were a little old since I haven't checked in). One was someone congratulating me on my progress, the other was a buddy checking in on me. I then went over to my weight history and was reminded of how great I had been doing and that I was actually losing weight! Thankfully it is only a little before 10am and I haven't ate yet this morning so my day is not a waste. I am back on program!
I think part of my mistake was switching from low carb to WW. I simply had too much freedom to keep me focused. So I'm going to stick with low carb. The bad part is that I have to relose those 9 pounds and start C25k all over again. I was on week 5!
Oh well, better to make a go of it now rather than later right? Thank you fat secret and all the people here that support one another!
