wanderer's Logboek, 04 dec 10

Did some weights, lunges, squats and crunches.
Then I did 45 minutes of elliptical on Hardcore mode.
15 minute stretch/yoga cool down.


I'm serious about this weight loss and I will lose these ten pounds that came back again and again if I have to. Nothing is going to stop me because it will feel that much better when I finally get there again, right???

Thats my buddy... But don't get drawn in and get too obsessed about the scale focus on your actions first and then results will happen,
