What is buttered coffee?

Its a keto thing, since is allowed, unsalted butter is added to hot coffee. I tried it once but didnā€™t care for it. Some folks swear by though as it makes them feel satiated.

I tried it a long time ago and didn't like it either BUT here's the recipe I use - blending it makes a huge difference. Brewed coffee of your choice (I use my Kuerig and Green Mountain half-caff ) 12 oz 2 T unsalted butter 1 1/2 T MCT oil Sugar-free sweetener (I use Whole Earth Stevia and Monk Fruit 1. Brew the coffee. 2. Blend coffee with butter, MCT oil, and sweetener.

Looks like a great breakfast. I never been a fan of butter coffee either. i can do cream but I rarely do since I drink so much coffee
