loosinisfun's Logboek, 06 dec 10

gooooooooood monday morning....todays exercise will be inside...26 with a wind chill 0f 13...so will be getting on the floor and have some weights that i can get some kind of a workout with...25 pounders...but sill a workout...and a different one then usual...really just want to curl back up an catch extra winks, but i did stay up later last night...an when i finally did lay down, slept 8 straight hours...before waking up...not sure what i have to do today, but hopefully wont be to much outside activity...being retired is nice...i use to think once i retire, then days will be slower, but really seems like im more busy ...but as adults you didnt think when you get older your roles would be traded with your parents and you would be doing things they once done for themselves ...its ok...just seems like some days not enough hours in a day...to get everything done...well...enough rambling for me...need to get up an moving...get some kind of a workout done before mom starts stirring....have a great day everyone..and if your in the midwest...brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

Good job getting on the floor and doing those weights. If it's too cold to go out you gotta do it the other way. lol And really doing the weights is a good thing. I think it's wonderful that you are able to help your mom so much. She is lucky to have you. Have a great day Loosin!!

Morning loosin ~ you are one ambitious person. Even in the cold...... That cold you thought you were catching Friday, you threw it away and I caught it .... but good too. Been sick all weekend and still recovering. You certainly are energized, and good for you with those 8 hours sleep! I wouldn't know what to do if I EVER slept 8 solid hours. Stay warm and enjoy your day.

thanks cathy...still tryin to get down on the floor for a workout...lol..amazing all the things you can find to do to stay off a cold floor...sorry tnn...to hear you caught a cold...i used golden seal an echinecha ? when i feel a bug tryin to slow me down...seems to help...hope you all have a great day...

Thanks I will be checking it out later. Our internet was down all day Friday at work. I am hoping it is up today. All my work is on web based programs too so I didn't get anything accomplished on Friday plus I missed my occassional visits to FS!
