I have been on a super long plateau and can’t seem to move the needle. I know it’s because when I see a drop in weight I let go a little and eat more carbs. I have to reset my thinking and actions but it has not been easy. So I am going to try my best to stay on course.

I’m in the same boat with you. I hit my mini goal and keep treating myself a little bit better much.

Try a couple of days of 16/8 fasting. You eat your regular amount of calories and food, but you only eat between noon and 8 pm. I do it for 4-5 days and it usually helps jump start my weight loss.

Just a suggestion incorporate the treats into your meal plan so you won't feel like you are depriving yourself of sweets and you won't go over I understand because I do the same thing sometimes

I understand completely. So, I am thankful that at least I am 'steady' and not rapidly gaining.
