Hey everyone. What are some of the things that people do to break through the weight stall. Iv come to understand that its normal. But just for the days I feel stuck what do you guys do that WORKS? Please share. Thank you in advance

I fast for between 24 and 36 hours. Drinking only water and coffee or tea. I also try to get in a good 2 or 3 mile walk at the beginning of the fast while I still have energy. I just recently did this and dropped 2 pounds in three days. Then I went back to normal diet.

I just stay on plan and try to be patient. I know if I do that the drop will come in a few days. Just be sure to measure and log everything. 💛

I usually rework my meal & workout plan when this happens. I also do a fast to get back on track as well. Usually my rework consists of lots of protein, lots and lots of water and I ease up on the carbs. Once I get back on track, I resume my regular meal plan. We've all been there, you've got this. 💪🏽😊

I've been struggling with this alot lately too. Went about 3 weeks going back and forth between 2 lbs and not really losing. I think eating a bit more protein and less carbs helps and also upping my cardio. But from what other people told me they hit long plateaus like this too. So just gonna hang tough! I do notice my clothes are getting a little looser!

I might also eat 300 to 500 cals less for a few days then go back to normal. I can't fast or cut all carbs but cutting back for a few days helps.
