I am a nurse who works at a Nursing Home, through this Covid nightmare I have been appointed infection preventionist and all of our residents are covid free. My point through this stress I have not resorted to old habits and am grateful for my training in health coaching. As well as knowledge gained from a book called the Rain barrel effect. I am maintaining and even going down slowly 😊

Thank you so much for taking care of our most vulnerable seniors! They have families and lives to live, and most of all they have wisdom to share (if you listen). It makes me so sad and angry when I hear about people that don't care about our nursing facilities! Thank you again!
