Re-losing 30# (of the 80# I lost) is SO MUCH harder than losing it the first time. I need to remember that I’m still 50# less than I was when I joined fatsecret 2 yrs ago and that being mad at myself is NOT helpful. Neither is not eating all day (because it’s easy) and then binging when I wake up at night. I’m going to eat 3 meals today.
