The Blue Box's Logboek, 20 nov 13

I don’t know what it is, but I seem to be always hungry. It’s only been going on for a couple of days, but it’s getting annoying! I haven’t increased my exercise so why am I hungry? Like right now, my tummy is growling. I ate a protein rich breakfast at 6am this morning so what is going on body? I normally eat a snack at 10am, but I might just cave and eat it now…

Maybe it's because I overate last night and now my stomach has expanded?!?! No- I think that's me being paranoid. :P
